Recent Events for 2012
The 3rd Annual (police escorted) Motorcycle/Auto Run to Benefit Homeless Pets was held on June 10th, 2012 and we had an excellent turnout!! Thanks to all of our loyal volunteers and dedicated supporters, had another very successful run and were able to raise $2300 dollars to benefit the homeless pets of the shelter. From all of us at the shelter, we greatly appreciate your continuing support!!

The annual North Providence Rabies Clinic for cats, dogs and ferrets was held April 21st 2012, 10am-12pm, at Gov. Notte Park Rec Hall in North Providence. We had a great turnout and did almost 130 vaccinations this year!

The First Annual Pasta Dinner to benefit Homeless Pets of Johnston was held Saturday, February 25th, at the Johnston Senior Center. All 150 tickets were sold!! Those who attended enjoyed a delicious, 3 course meal, starting with bread and salad, followed by pasta with homemade sauce, meatballs and sausages, and ending with a dessert cake and freshly brewed coffee. We would like to thank everyone whom attended and contributed to the fund, and all the volunteers who donated their time and energy to help make the afternoon a great success.
The North Providence 2nd Annual Motorcycle run to benefit homeless pets was held Sunday, June 26th, 2011. The fundraiser was a great success! Thanks to all those who participated, we had a safe and successful run and were able to raise $1800 dollars to benefit the homeless pets of the shelter. 100% of proceeds go directly to our shelter's fund. These funds help to assist with treatments, medicine, shots, and other vet expenses to promote the health and well being of the homeless pets, while they await their new forever homes.
